  • Executive Searches are retained services. Which is recommended for confidential or specialized recruiting efforts that are too important to leave to chance. Retained searches are for services with the highest level of mutual commitment for successful results.

  • Building a pipeline of qualified and interested diverse candidates over a defined period of time for current and future hiring needs within the company.

    HN maintains contact with the selected candidates and keeps them engaged through communication, while continuing to add to the diverse pool of candidates. HN will find top talent, screen the candidates, conduct interviews, prepare summaries and share this information with the client during the defined period of time.

    Talent Pipelining may be ideal when a client has many roles or would like to hire multiple people for the same role over a period of 3-12 months. We will closely monitor the most desired and qualified talent with the end goal of the candidate eventually being hired by the client.
